Ms. Marceline Freeman (1955 – 2010) was a principal dancer and rehearsal director for the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Company in Denver, Colorado. She had been an integral part of the power, beauty and passion of the Ensemble for nearly four decades. Ms. Freeman taught in countries around the world, and many of her students have gone on to perform, choreograph and direct for major companies. Toward the end of her life Marceline lost her sight but continued to serve as the guiding hand of the company, principal archivist of Ensemble repertoire and beloved sister-friend to founder, Cleo Parker Robinson.
