TRADE/ITIONS conference in NYC – September 22 and 23

Iyalorixá Valnizia de Ayrá and Dr. Rachel E. Harding will be among the presenters at a conference in New York City hosted by the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute and the City University of New York, September 23, 2017.   TRADE/ITIONS is a multidisciplinary conference exploring contemporary re-creations, and representations of the African Spiritual traditions that came to the west with enslaved Africans during the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.
